The papers adopted and presented at  the Eighth International Scientific Conference on Sustainable Development and Intelligent Management of Transport Systems (SDIMTS'26) will be published in accordance with the specific requirements in one of the two journals. Please familiarize yourself with the requirements of each of them and use the appropriate template!

The Organizing Committee undertakes to carry out a pre-scientific selection of the papers proposed for publication and to ensure that they meet the scientific, ethical and formal requirements of the journal concerned.


Journal I: Mechanics Transport Communications (MTC)

(International Academic Journal)

Main purpose and requirements:

  • The aim is to give a platform to the interests of a wider range of Bulgarian and foreign researchers, scientists and university professors in the field of mechanics, transport and communications;
  • The papers are published in the journal after receiving a positive review and presenting at the conference;
  • Recommended volume: about 4-6 pages (maximum 10).

Journal II: Transport Problems

(Scopus, Web of Science – ESCI)
Publisher: Silesian University of Technology, Poland

Basic editorial requirements:

  • Clearly defined scientific novelty, explicitly stated in the Summary and argued in the text;
  • International significance of the study (not purely regional in nature);
  • Recommended volume: about 12 pages (maximum 14);
  • Current and internationally available literary sources.
